My advice is to use your narcissism to defeat narcissism. Imagine how special and unique it would be to be the only narcissist who was smart and cunning enough to reverse-engineer their own narcissism to devour itself. I bet you could do it, no one else could. Only you can do that, you're smarter than most people realize. Prove it to yourself.
