You willingly made a payment. Fraudulent charges would mean someone stole your card number and made an unauthorized purchase.
If you had canceled payment you'd have had 24 hours.
However it was 2 months ago and by all indications it wasn't a "fraudulent charge". It looks every bit like you made a purchase, you weren't happy with it, and they wouldn't refund you.
And they're most certainly not going to help you if you wrre doing something illegal.
Its not a fraudulent charge if you authorized the payment, and your window for reasonable action in your specific case was 24 hours.
Because you went over that, its now a civil concern. As in you'd have to take the offending party to court. Would you like to take a prostitute to court for you doing something illegal?
