Anyway, I'm wondering why 4chan users are so smart about investigating. Basically,I watched some Youtube videos and saw interesting and complex cases solved by 4chan users.I'm wondering if they have some sort of rule or system in their brain, if so please show me. Otherwise just deny it.

Geoguessers are a good place to start because many of them explain their methods and geoguessing is commonly done in cases where 4chan famously solved crimes.

from what i've seen it's not individual 4chan users that are smart but everyone working together as a collective and pooling their information. one guy will figure out their timezone based off any natural light, a train loving autist recognized the exact model of train nearby from sound alone, another anon spots a brand of hummus in the background that he knows is sold in 2 places. of course there's the few who can actually piece it all together, but it's really a group effort.

it's probably the fact that 4chan was bigger, attracted tech savvy people and especially used to let such threads exists unlike on reddit limited by redditor mods having a tantrum

all there is to investigating is just having your eyes open to not fall for the bullshit. with all the years of skepticism from dawkins etc. channers are just able to see the unadorned truth honestly without the stories society has preconstructed around them

One thing I want to update is that I just tried solving cicada puzzle 3301. I tried solving it without previewing it. And it was really hard to solve, I failed the duck puzzle right away. I really admire the 4chan user for almost solving it, that made me more determined to find out the 'brain' of the 4chan user

>channers are just able to see the unadorned truth honestly without the stories society has preconstructed around them
unless we get into economics, then they uncritically regurgitate bourgeois talking points.
