How do I live with this knowledge? I will literally be poor forever. I will always be a poorfag and a slave, doomed to live next to illegal immigrants. Everyone I know outside of medicine gets paid better and will make 300k-800k when I'll barely scratch six figures.

Leave socialist countries behind if you want better pay for being in a highly skilled profession. Not only are you limited in growth but I'd bet you're getting fucked in taxes too. If you don't have student debt you'd be a fool not to try to emigrate to the US and reap the benefits for yourself.

The goal for a doctor isn’t salary it’s opening your own practice, even if you move to the west you’ll be poor with your mindset.
Also, related, you probably know this already but you shouldn’t compare salary between regions in terms of USD, compare it in terms of USD/cost of living

How much do you even make now? Can't be above 200k, unless you are in one of these known money printing loopholes (e.g. nephro in belgium, anesthesia in France, psych in Switzerland).
