Today is fathers day and my dad came all the way from another state to see my brothers and i. The plan is we go to his hotel and we eat food and chat about things. the problem with this is i hate myself and i dont want to leave the house and be seen as a fat loser and disappointment to my dad. am i a bad person if i just stay at home rather than going to see him today?

im 23 years old, i live with my brothers but i dont pay any bills right now. me not being there shouldn't affect anyone but why do i feel so bad about it?

IF you are as much of a loser as you think, then everyone there already knows it and evidently loves you anyway, so there is really no reason not to go. And there is always the chance you might enjoy it.

I get what you're saying but you should go see you're dad man, he's your father bro. I mean he's not gonna call you any names or anything, maybe disappointed but at the end of the day he'll be there for anything
