So I have this friend that has been texting me for 3 or 4 days and I haven't answered yet. A couple hours ago she sent me a text saying "why aren't you answering to my messages" (I guess that she thinks that I'm mad at her or something, which isn't the case).

I haven't answered yet because I haven't done anything interesting in a while and I'm fucking lazy.

How do I text her back without sounding like I'm a looser? I mean I could say something like "haven't been on Instagram for a min", idk

She probably doesn't care if you're a loser unless you talk about it. It's better to be lazy than to be someone who thinks he has to fake who he is to close friends. Would you really be missing out on anything from someone who calls you a friend but judges you over some harmless insecurities?
