I've been dealing with a serious problem for a long time, and I didn’t know how to talk about it. I constantly hear voices in my head, voices of people I know, voices from teachers, family, friends and sometimes voices I’ve never heard before. Sometimes I even imagine them in front of me. I know they aren’t real, but they bother me, they say different things to me, and I can’t sleep because of it. Sometimes, when I’m alone, I talk to them out loud. I often hear sounds too, like knocking on my window or someone talking in the living room while everyone is asleep, alarms and various types of sounds. This makes my life really difficult, and I feel like I can’t handle it anymore, so I want someone to help me or give me an advice.

you've been blessed with the ability to hear and communicate with other peoples souls and by the sounds of it perhaps even the malformed souls of objects. i would suggest visiting a commune to seek out someone who can help you learn to properly control these gifts.

I’ll ask my microwave about your advice, it’s my spiritual mentor. Oh yeah, and my kitchen sink told me you like men?

it's normal to imagine potential conversations with people all the time
feels intrusive when you have a negative self image tho
are you working on something or being a loser?

there's medication that can make your thoughts quieter but that feels extremely weird

i would suggest learning from a living guide rather than a created vessel but it is of course your choice. as for the what the kitchen sink said, it would be wise to not blindly follow its impure words, kitchen sinks have real malice towards any humans due to why/what they were created for.

Yeah, imagining conversations is normal, but sometimes my brain just doesn’t know when to stop. Working on it every day. And as for meds, I’m still figuring out what works best for me.

You’re the one who said I’m “blessed” with that ability. As for the kitchen sink, sounds like you two have some unfinished business.

Sounds like auditory hallucinations, schizophrenia basically.
Have you considered that option yet?

please control yourself. i have seen many gifted homonids give in to these emotions and start following 'his' teachings. 'he' does not want to help you, he only wants to see the worlds in ruin.

tell a doctor and they'll put you on some medication. wait a few weeks to see how the medication feels because it might fuck with you in ways that are worse than the voices. that being said, i've heard some people feel some degree of comfort in the voices because they make them feel like they're not alone.

you probably need medicine if you're a full blown schizo.
schizos have some strong link to the spiritual or unseen realms but its very confusing and hard to control so its pretty much impossible for most people to master it without meds

the world already is in ruins, theres no way to topple those in power and even if you did, even worse monsters would gain control

Accept them, don't fight, it makes it worse. Entertain their existence for a moment, agree or disagree and then move on.

>I want someone to help me or give me an advice.
Those are classic symptoms of several different kinds of mental illness - schizophrenia is one of them, but there are other possibilities. You need to go to your doctor and get a referral to a psychiatrist, get a diagnosis, and then discuss your options. That *might* involve a low dose of antipsychotic drugs, or it might not - it will be up to you whether or not you actually try any form of treatment, and up to you whether you want to keep going with it.
