I was trying to reply to the guy wanting help because he's hearing voices and can't sleep, but he deleted his thread so I'm posting this here just in case anyone reading needs help.
Congratulations: you have schizophrenia. You probably inherited it, but spending time in a bad environment, doing drugs or drinking, and/or poor nutrition doesn't help.
"Take your Medication" is the common response, but the stuff prescribed for schizophrenia literally burns holes in your brain over time. If you can avoid it, you should avoid it. This is one case where the "cure" isn't really a cure, just lessens the symptoms, too. Because medication isn't that great, people have been trying to find other ways to handle the voices, intrusive thoughts, and other annoyances.
Keto looks like it works for some people. You'll want a medical doc to assist you in this as Keto can kill you if you do it wrong. Info on the study about keto: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0920996419301136?via%3Dihub
Some people also swear by bolstering the brain itself via things like omega 3 fatty acids, amino acid supplements, and eating a diet full of antioxidant rich veggies and fruits. There's some stuff on PubMed if you want to reach more. Either way, eating a healthy diet wouldn't hurt anything so it's worth trying.
Pubmed regarding antioxidants : https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10337514/

on Amino Acids:

Some people also swear by meditation, mindfulness, getting a good night sleep (try taking some melatonin) and keeping their stress levels low. This stuff is thankfully something pretty safe so you won't need to see a doctor about it.
Also, if you're on something: get clean. No drugs, no alcohol, no tobacco. They all make it worse.
Hang in there. Life is worth living, even if yours is going to have some quirks along the way.
