>31 years old
>wagecucked in factories for 5-1/2 years now
>learn the company is going out of business in 2 months
>have 70k savings
>live with parents
>burnt out and sleep deprived
>girlfriend left me because I took too long saving for a house
>dating since then has been a complete disaster
>in 2 months I'll be a 31 year old NEET
>no idea what's next
At this point I see 4 options
>lie down and rot
>NEETmax and work on my various hobbies and see if I can somehow leverage one into an income, also get /fit/, since while I'm fairly active, work on feet, hike and bike fairly often, I haven't done a real routine in a while
>go back to community college and try to get some degree, maybe somehow I can get some college girls there (doubt) and also get /fit/
>go to trade school and end up in another miserable fucking job, but for (maybe) more money. Doubt I'll have the energy for fitness at that, just judging by how much things fell apart when I started working 9 hours a day instead of 8

Congratulations on having a socially acceptable reason to be single at your age. If I were in your shoes, I would improve my style and grooming, maybe try some of the beauty tips like ice bath for face. Shave the beard to look a little younger if it’s not hiding a severly recessed jaw line. I assume you have a vehicle. I’ll be taking a road trip at the end of the summer with only about 7k to my name. You can have lot’s of fun with 70k if you budget. Maybe take advantage of the Walmart parking lot to get a free night’s sleep. I have done that almost a hundred times. Sounds like a trip could be good for you.

What's that? Being unemployed? Or being dumped cause I can't afford a house?
Yeah I will try to fix my face it's getting a bit lined and my skin is kinda worn from acne scars.
Ice bath might be nice.
Gonna do nöfäp too. Nöfäp ironically was what got me into full time wagecucking in the first place. Wish I'd done it at 18 and learned my lesson there.
If I get another job I hope it's remote work. Gonna try for that as best I can. Don't even care for the pay, just need to be sitting home so after the day is done I have energy to workout, walk, bike etc and not have shit I want to do on the computer.
Idk how long I can get away with NEETing.
I don't know how long it will take to reset my brain after 6 years of sleep deprivation.

As for the trip, I've thought about it. I have vacation time at work too that I need to use before I'm fired because I don't trust them to pay it out. Layoff bonus if I stay til the end but thats extra, the PTO is MINE and I refuse to be screwed out of it. I don't mind sleeping in my car. I want to try it. Esp if I grt kicked out I want to know I'm not a slave. With 70k and a car (you can go anywhere you want) I'd be set for a while.

How much longer do you have before your savings run out?
For me, while my dadis very tolerant of my presence, I feel like he will quickly get sick of me being unemployed, especially since he just retired.

>trade school
There's a fixation on 4chan about the only two trades in the entire world being roofer and mason, and you have to be /fit/ as fuck or your body will destroy itself in a year at most.
On the other hand almost every other trade is pretty sedentary.
You don't lift heavy shit as an industrial maint electrician, WTF you think you're going to lift a 1500 HP electric motor in each hand and bicep curl them? Ditto millwrights, you don't move a 250 ton hydraulic press using your hands. Heavy equipment operators literally sit on their ass all day as do truck drivers. Yeah yeah they walked thru the mud for 100 feet and the start and end of shift or they have to carry a "heavy" hard hat on their head, whatever.
Two things the "real trades" do that isn't even all that /fit/ is not work in the best HVAC, and stand a lot. So don't get hypothermia or heat exhaustion and spend as much as you can afford, and then take out a loan, for really good clothes and boots. Especially boots. Nobody ever said at the end of a long work day walking around that they wish they spent less money on boots.

I would love to do something that actually got me /fit/, the kind of job where I wouldn't even need to hit the gym because it would give me a full body workout every day. Then I could just handle the diet part and be in good shape within a year. But I feel like that is a fantasy world.
I already operate heavy machines I don't ever want to do that again.
At this point I think I'd rather make 40k as a remote wagecuck than 60k as a trade cuck so unless the money's gonna be very good, I'd rather not. Partly because either way I won't be able to afford anything. I'm probably even gonna sue up my PTO at work instead of getting it paid out when I'm laid off, cause yeah it's be an extra 2k but what difference does it even make at this point?
