It's very simple: Decide what your problem is (not an autobiography, just one thing per post), check https://archive.4plebs.org/adv/ for previous, similar threads. State the problem in operational terms without psychobabble self-diagnosis and mention what you have done to try to fix it. Do not start your thread describing yourself in the most unflattering terms that even your most hate-filled enemies would hardly use ("I'm a totally retarded, lazy, ugly, 5'10" midget with a microscopic 6" dick, insane family and everyone on earth hates me!"). Return to the thread if someone replies (don't just post once and disappear) and acknowledge their effort to help even if you have already tried what they suggest.

we're basically a chill abrahamic community that talk about micro current events, per se

ya like it's really pretty chillaxin type shit just make posts about your human experience and like just support others who are posting their experiences

don't really get too worked up on your wording per se but more about just make sure your posts are legible, maybe read them aloud or ask your mom if she can understand it before you tell a story only you can understand

a cool little quirk is that if you want to show support and bump someone's thread but you don't have anything to add, we like to offer a quick "kys," that's short for Keep Yourself Safe

let me know if you have any questions, i'm kind of the "rabbi" around here
