Can you have a social life if you work 45 hours a week? Is the idea that you need to "recharge" an illusion? What about time for projects? I feel like I need space between work, play, hobby and speaking; and then speaking gets pushed out or reserved only for family
Most people find me too intense anyway, I only talk about things that I do or can visualize myself doing

>I only talk about things that I do or can visualize myself doing
Correction: You only talk about yourself. You're a self-absorbed fuckwit. Indeed, "intense," is your euphemism for this. You're a jerk that nobody wants around. And what's with the Woody Allen pic? Why drag that nasty little pedo kike into the discussion?

This movie was the launchpad for Seinfeld and Friends which have had a massive impact on the social expectations of women to this very day

this is not me being a hippy but people arnt supposed to work as much as we do today, and your work group should be a healthy social one.

modern day work is monkeys in cages.

find a job where you are living life while you work.

I don't know. I work less than that and I still have trouble.

You have to prioritize how you spend your time, like a life sim. You can’t do everything every day, but you can do something every day! In the morning figure out three priorities for the day, and then pick one or two maintenance tasks. Like priority tasks could be work, spend time with girlfriend, meal prep. Maintenance could be going to the gym or cleaning a mirror. And find at least one person to check in with and have a social conversation. That’s a good day. Some days the priorities should be rest.

>healthy social one.
I always get paranoid about gossip and then self sabotage to gain a sense of control

This is the best I can do I guess. I'll just get home and start "resting" but it feels more like ruminating and self loathing until somthing clicks and I realize I have the power to take control and then I just pick laundry up off the floor or draw naked women in my notebook and feel accomplished for a little while
