I don't know why but I often have my depression moments out of blue even if I don't show it and I don't talk about it to others. And many times I get these depression moments for no reason or for stupid reasons. Of course I also have serious problems to worry about, I just don't like complaining about it with others. Not only because it will make me feel even more depressed but also because it won't change anything or I'll get stupid, empty "advices". That explains why many people (even rich popular celebrities) can't find joy even to hobbies they used to enjoy. And they end up taking drugs and get alcoholic.

Toray I found out that lack of vitamin D causes depression and anxiety. And I indeed lack vitamin D. Now I have one more reason to not skip eating orange in daily basis.

That never happens to me. And I don't drink, or smoke or use illicit drugs, Apart from good genetics (I try not to display my superpowers and 160 IQ lest I hurt someone) it's probably due (simple as this sounds) to thinking right: If a thought comes up that displeases me I turn my attention to something else. I also have a consistent view of the world (national socialism) and sleep soundly at night.
