Since I don't watch basketball, dont have a gf, and don't have sex. There's not a ton that I can talk about with my fellow grown ups. What should I do?

What are your interests and hobbies? There's a very good chance many adults share similar hobbies to you.

I'm 34 years young, and fucking love video games. Quite a few of my coworkers play too. One of them is a god tier clown main in Dead by Daylight.

If any of your hobbies involve the outdoors, you will find a plethora of people your age and older who share an interest in those hobbies. I love fishing and foraging. I can autistically talk for hours on what edible plants grow in my state, how to identify them, and how to best harvest and eat them.

But enough about me. Let's hear about what your hobbies are so we know what we're working with.

I like lifting. I am 5'6 215lb and can Incline bench 230lb for 3 reps, Squat 285lb for 3 reps, and can do pullups with 25lb for 3 reps. I watch anime.

It's something that takes practice to master. That's why it's good to start by talking about your hobbies with people who share said hobbies with you.

Also learn how to practice active listening. If you can make someone feel like they are being heard when they talk to you, you are almost garunteed to make a friend. Humans universally enjoy to be genuinely heard.

This right here. The absolute best way to have a conversation with someone is to let them talk, and actually listen. Its a good thing if you're in a conversation and the other person is just talking and talking.
I and many other people also very highly recommend the book How to win friends and influence people by Dale Carnegie. It's been extremely popular for over 100 years at this point because so much of what is in the book is useful.

The main issue I believe is my race. You two are probably white guys. Majority of America is white. It is easy to see yourselves in other people. It would be great if I was some form of black or mixed race. But instead I am Indian(Born in Trinidad). It is very isolating being the only of my kind in most social settings.
