I'm in my 30s and have a doctor appointment/physical today, and honestly I'm unsure how to build up the courage to talk to my attractive doctor about some men's health issues. I don't know if I should just skip it or not until I can change to a doctor I'm more comfortable with.

Honestly, I feel weird about having her look/feel around down there and maybe giving me a prostate exam. My issues are getting/staying hard and that I pee a lot with a weak stream. But at the same time, I jerk off a lot and could stand to be in better shape/take care of myself. (A little overweight, not fat, but a big drinker). I don't really want to talk to her about how often I jerk off .

Should I just hold off on it, or get over myself and talk to her so she can send me to a urologist or something?

She's just there to take your money and tell you somethings wrong with you. Stop touching your unworthy pleasure button and fix your shit
