im completely consumed by anxiety and fear because of the fact that i am going to get extremely sick and die, no matter what i do

what the fuck do i do im terrified i cant sleep and barely want to eat and i dont enjoy anything anymore. i am so anxious 24/7 its like i am in a waking nightmare. the only time i sleep is when exhaustion from anxiety knocks me out.

That's not true. Your actions determine your health. Not eating or sleeping because you are scared of getting sick will make you sick. Also people die of other things besides being sick. Accidents, overdoses, starvation, lack of sleep...
