How the fuck do you get a Job in Insurance in 2025? I've gotten 2-3 interviews with companies only for them to casually tell me through email that they're not interested. IRL places I've applied to never call back either. I'm genuinely slowly starting to Schitz the fuck out. I've done everything I was supposed to. I've been thinking of getting my Broker license at this point since that might get me better chances of getting hired but my expertise is in Claims Adjusting. Fuck man, idk what to do, the ways are closing in on me.
>>33235069 (OP)I doubt your in Melbourne but if you were, i need a kitchenhand.
>>33235087Sorry mate, I'm not Australian
>>33235069 (OP)Try the friendly route. I think a lotta people just let their friends into jobs or tip their manager on to friends
>>33235914I'm planning on getting my broker's license and asking my one buddy again if he can get me another interview at his company
>>33235069 (OP)>getting my Broker licenseYou should have had it to start with. You need it to work. It's probably part of why you're turned down. You screwed yourself: they keep applications on file for months. You'll have to wait 6-12 months to reapply.
>>33239841Yeah you're right. I decided I'm getting my license via online 3 week course starting in early July. My buddy told me once I get it he'll fast track me into another interview with his company and I'll probably get the job this time
