The idea that men have this irrational fear of approaching girls and rejection is overblown imo. A legitimate intense fear is so bad you couldn't be paid to confront it, but I bet if you paid most guys 300$ to approach a girl he would do it in a heartbeat. The real issue is that its clear to most men that there is a 99% chance of failure, but normies gaslight us into thinking we're wrong for being discouraged by such shit odds.

I thought about this and realized I'd approach the prettiest women around if I were getting paid to do it, because at least then I'd get something out of it lol

I'm not saying there is an absence of fear, only that the fear is greatly exaggerated. You couldn't pay me a million dollars to go fight in Ukraine, that is a real fear. If all it takes is pocket money to convince you to talk to a girl you're not as a afraid as you are discouraged by the low probability of success and reward.

I promise you, if the government paid men to ask out women the issue would be solved overnight. Because the problem isn't fear as much as it is knowing you will not be rewarded.
