So I've been seeing this 19 year old girl for the past 6 months. Nothing serious (at least for me), just giving her money, taking her out, paying some bills. I guess you know, the usual deal. Sugar baby type situation.

Well, now she tells me she’s pregnant. Says it's mine and she says she wants to keep it. I guess there is no way out of this,

I live alone, no friends, no siblings. My parents are in Mexico. Closest thing I have to family here is my daughter but we haven't talked in a while after she moved into college campus. For some reason, she took badly finding out she is adopted and refuse talking to me.
