Look into moving regional or further out from the metropolitan hub. There are cheap houses, you just have to be willing to live outside your state's capital/satellite city which for some reason is blasphemy in Australian culture.

Unless you're physically deformed look into a trade. Every single trade industry in Australia is so short-staffed they'd hire fucking chimpanzees if it was legally allowed. Doesn't matter if you have no experience on the tools, and plenty of industries don't even require you to complete a full 4 year apprenticeship. You can be fully qualified (on paper) in under a month for some industries. Then it's just on-the-job learning.

Australian society is absolutely not hopeless so don't start acting like it is you loser.
