>“relapsing” on food
you mean eating? lmao
yeah you need to do that when you're using your body

i find it easier to exclusively buy non-processed food (and whey protein) than to starve or count calories
pretty hard to over-eat veggies

>bpd bouncing between starving yourself and eating like a slob
Consistency is key. Just eat slightly less all the time you fucking retard.

There's a difference between strength and aesthetics. It's easy to get strong with physical labor, but how many models do you see vs the pot-bellies?
>Diet
Like everything else, keep it simple. Protein and fiber are going to be your key macronutrients, but don't skimp on your multivitamins. Plan your meals so you're less likely to deviate into junk food. Keep processed junk to a minimum.
>Exercise
Remember to work out your entire body. If you feel a part of you is weak, do different actions that target that area or group. Don't be afraid to feel yourself for tension as a double check that you're using the right groups. High weights, low reps for building strength and low weights, high reps for building definition. Remember that the heart and lungs are also muscles, so ignore people who say you can skip cardio. That's how you get power lifters having heart attacks at 40.
