Need some clarification:
Did you used to stay up late? Your body might be trying to make up a sleep debt.
Are you obese? It might take up a lot of energy to move.
Have you got your blood pumping? A stretch, some light exercise, even a coffee. Did you do anything to kick start your heart this morning?
Is your sleep sound? Do you wake up in the night a lot? Do you dream? Toss and turn?

Do you take B vitamins? Some people have issues metabolizing them as supplements which can lead to you getting tired (happened to me). It's random, but since you said you take vitamins I figured it was worth asking.

Welcome to depression. It's not about being happy or sad, it's about motivation, interest, and energy levels. If you're an adult and this is your first time, it's probably some environmental or lifestyle problem. Maybe testosterone levels dropping for some reason.
See your doctor. NOT a psych doctor, your regular GP doctor. A psych will just write you a script for pills and be done with it, but your GP will not assume your brain is permafucked and actively look for real reasons your body has changed. It could literally be something as simple as a lack of red meat in your diet, or some actual physiological thing that needs real treatment.
