I was the first person to come up with the NPC meme back in 2011. I referred to customers at the computer store as NPCs and I can only assume my colleague spread it from there. How can I collect royalties if I catch anyone using my meme?

You would have to prove your precedence, in court. Also, there's the matter of collecting: what is the income on a meme that you're claiming royalties on?

I also called people npcs when I was doing a lot of chores for my dad and every place had a small sidequest and told all my friends about it in 2010 as I was starting to play lord of the rings online
can you send the royalties to me too?

can we coordinate a bit about the royalties please, I think I was first and unless someone else comes and says he did it first I think any royalties you've collected belong to me, don't make me contact my lawyer.

give me money, if you're talking about royalties I think you've made some money out of this in the past so you know it can be made, and it's mine.

Memes are fundamental building blocks of culture, I'm not sure you can claim ownership of that.

Normies took over. The internet was a thing for nerds and normies never really cared for it until the rise of Facebook and the creation of the first IPhone really set the shitcake in motion.
