No. If she really is into you she will realize she fucked up and reach out to you, either directly or through a mutual friend. Otherwise maintain your dignity and value and don't chase her. Sometimes girls will flirt just to feel wanted, even if they don't want the guy they're flirting with. They also make dates they have no intention of keeping for the same reason, or because cancelling later is less confrontational than saying no IRL.
