I'm a 30 something year old friendless boomer. How do I even talk to people? I want to start a business, but that's not going to happen as most people detest my presence. I've tried being polite, people say I'm fake. I've tried being straightforward (still polite), get called an asshole. I just want to make some money but I have no fucking clue how to interact with people. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if it's other people.

>How do I even talk to people?

Use your mouth, you then want to speak a language and sound out words and communicate. Ape together strong.

this is pretty much me
28 year old, friendless, even family hates me because i don't socialize
i never get into any confrontations or argue or start shit with anyone, yet they hate my guts just because i mind my own business
i have a job, but it's remote work where i don't have to interact with any person, pay is shit
finding another job seems like a nightmare
i just want some way out of this

Food Trucks. Or video games and internet. Or reach out to old acquaintances after you let things cool off a bit from your last mental break down. They'll forgive and forget. They always do. Suckers.

I feel. That's why I want to start my own business. I feel like business related interactions are usually more straight to the point and professional. Also nobody is hiring so if you don't have a job, make one. There's always work to be done.

No, once I cut people off which takes an incredible amount of effort on other people's part, it's final. I don't have time for shitty people trying to worm their way back in so they can fuck me over.

I'm in the same situation and all I can say is keep trying and learning trying new things.
I don't know.
It seems like people can see my intentions through anything I put up. Even this post will seem mean and dark to people and I don't know why.
I am not gonna say I hope you get better as I'm just writing this for my own self. I don't know man.

You are not 55 years old. Yes your back may be aching a bit and the military doesn't need you anymore, but you are in the career phase of your life not the old man of your life. It is not over yet. We're all just of a different time that has different rules, so we have to adapt to it. Adapting to the new reality is scary, but it will help you.

>most people detest my presence
This seems like an important part of the equation that needs to be addressed.
WHY do people detest your presence?

Or you could just like do a poker night, or get pizza together, or play a video game, but fine. It's best to be more flexible. There isn't some dramatic stubbornness demon waiting in the after life to reward you with an afterlife. You can do this for no reason if you want. It's your life.
