>>33241612 (OP)The next time she is disrespectful or questions your work, put her on the spot. Look her in the eye and ask what the problem is. Ask her in direct, plain English to explain it. Don't let her answer with a question of her own, and don't let her change the subject. Put the question to her and make her responsible for explaining her statements. She will either have a real answer about you being a fuck up, or she will flounder about and resort to playing the victim. As long as you keep your cool and keep the conversation on point (forcing her to explain her statements) you are good to go. Eye contact is important. If she is your run-of-the-mill bitch and she's just trying to chisel you down, she will fold under a direct challenge. Be ready for baseless personal attacks that try to undermine your confidence. Don't defend yourself from them, because then YOU are answering questions and responding to her. Redirect every personal attack and claims you are attacking her to her needing to explain what she said that started it. Stay calm, but don't let go until she withers in defeat or goes nuclear and gets herself in trouble.
Good luck.
