How to get money/job without interacting with recruiters

Ok guys, hear me out. Every resume I ever send gets rejected, and I rarely make it to interviews. I swear those bitches from human resources with their hysterical attitude hate me or something.

I don't want to starve, what do i do?

At this point you've just got to know someone. I got a job at the same company as my mom because she had her manager just push me through the system. I've known him for a while so it made things easier.
My best friend just went the boomer path and actually walked into a Honda dealership and just told the sales manager he wanted a job. Mfer actually got it and now he's slinging civics to suburban couples like crack to the inner city.

There is something SERIOUSLY wrong with your resume. Have someone look at it.

It could be too generic, not customized for the specific job. Or it could simply be full of typos and misspellings.

About half of all job postings are fake, "ghost jobs". AI is used to filter applications so nobody reads them. And H-1B visas mean that they'll just import people from cheaper countries to do your job instead of hiring expensive Americans. The US job market is in shambles right now.

I have revised it like 100 times but i can't find what causes so many rejections. I used to do customized ones too but i gave up on that

My experience is on a foreign mcdonalds and a local cleaning company

Im not american but i still suffer the ai shit they do and the fake job listings. Once i literally started getting scam calls days after applying to places
