Can an introverted 33 year old man find a gf if the only places he goes to are a study group and a gym? I work remotely. I feel like I'm not doing enough or behave not like other people in that regard. I don't have friends so no one to ask or compare to. Do normal people have roughly the same schedules?

You don't need to behave like other people, but you do need to be the best version of yourself. It sounds like you're not satisfied with your life unrelated to the gf and that needs to change first. Once you live a life that is perfectly fulfilling without a gf, doors will open that make a relationship possible,
