i really love the values and people of my country, but we dont have an economy, we dont have any industries, we have a national wealth of barely a few billion usd, i want to know what it would take to have someone like a stalin for our country who builds industries and markets, and creates economic self-reliance akin to north korea

it's harder and more expensive to do that because we don't live in an industrial paradigm globally anymore, and a lot of things that used to be abundant are less abundant and go to the first world countries living in the knowledge or service economies anyway. The best way to do it would probably be a a parasitic or symbiotic relationship with a more powerful country where you provide a unique resource in exchange for industry building goods.
The second option is GIGA CAPITALISM which is done by making niche products that everyone wants that come from your country alone or at least have IP roots in your country. This will make industrial means spring up over night as you scramble to supply the world with whatever novelty your country can supply.
A third way is the old order Libyan way but that's probably banned in the west

Don't they literally have perfect copies of American money printing machines? If I recall correctly most of their economy comes from online hacking and scamming, printing money, laundering money, people trafficking, drug trafficking, weapon's trafficking and so on. Essentially, you will have to do a lot of illegal shit and unlike north korea, your country probably does not have nukes so if you start stealing too much money the US will sent a CIA agent to either poison you or pic related. Everything takes money, both legal and illegal, moral and immoral. And if your country have nothing to offer then it will never get rich. Your best bet would be to educate yourself about history of Singapore and Taiwan and how they happened to have a great mass of educated specialists which are most likely their biggest export.
