On one hand the dating market, and even the fact that we're using economical terms to describe human connection makes me think Uncle Ted was right. On the other I feel like I can only date spiritual femcels, because I think I'm too weird and off-putting for "normal" women

Also, how do you become a high value male? It's not in the way you look or dress. You can spray paint a dog turd gold, it doesn't become a high-value turd, a piece of shit remains a piece of shit. You can dress an asshole in a good outfit, it's still an asshole.

And there's two kinds of assholes:
Those who are shit to other people,
And those who are shit to themselves.

To be high value you need to identify which one are you and then go do something about it, start improving and ceasing it. So if you're low self esteem no self respect, and have a shit view of yourself, challenge it. Only (you) can give that value to yourself. Starr valuing yourself more, you become high-value.

By that I mean don't just rely on dress or looks. Actually have a core belief of respect for yourself. You can't do that out of nowhere. So don't expect to just force it overnight. Just do something in your actions worth celebrating. Help others, serve others, be part of things larger than yourself and contribute. Then you find it easier to gain respect for yourself.

I tick all the boxes except for having my own place. At 32 I still live with my parents but what's the point of moving out if I'm single? Folks are old so it was the reason I moved back in after 10 years of living abroad by myself. Driving an hour to work doesn't bother me. Also mom cooks great food daily so I don't have to eat slop.
