Yeah i have, there's not much to say other than just force yourself to stop going to the casino. You dont go in you wont be gambling. If your issue is sports betting apps you can get them to ban you from using the programs, so do that.

Replace the addiction with a better addiction. You're a dopamine hound, you are addicted to the big high of a win and the money pouring out a machine. It's just dopamine. Find a better way to get that high that is neither through drugs or gambling.
