I'm a sperg and I've been taking risperidone for the past two years. I've gained 90+ pounds and want to lose weight.

Risperidone makes you sleepy, really hungry and slows down your metabolism. Not to mention being a dopamine antagonist, makes everything really fucking boring.

How do I lose weight whilst still taking my meds?

It’s tough but I recommend intense exercising and trying to fight your urges to eat. Also keep yourself occupied so you don’t eat.
