I want to learn about and create great works in Jamaican Patois that people take seriously. Deep analysis of ideology, the history of philosophy, and life as objectified by hard science. Perhaps a breakdown of the heroic myth... In Jamaican Patois. I'm serious. This dumb?

It's a fun idea. But it's dumb because if you had the skill and talent to do it you would be working on doing it and not be asking an anonymous chinese cartoon forum how to do it.

Yeah, never mind. I guess it was a stupid dream. I learned my lesson. Not everyone is meant to make art. Sorry to waste your time, anons.

I didn't say that. There's nothing wrong with wanting to do something creative. I've just seen some strange questions on here today.

Anons I got so many ideas. I'm gonna do them. I'm still young. I will find a way to make them interesting.

Nah, I like the idea. People won't take it seriously, but apart from that I think its very creative and unusual. Considering that doing / translating something into another language almost always entail some interpertation as languages reflect their peoples respective mindset, I believe it would be very interesting ( and funny) to read some epic text in Jamaican Patois. I would supplement the translation directly though, because most of the people who actually speak that are illiterate.

No but I had a cider and thought it be fun to work on something silly with seriousness. Also Jamaican Patois gets memed on /biz/ sometimes.
