I am from Belarus, and have to flee to avoid the draft. However, i don't have the ability to get a visa or any other form of legal residency because i'd get caught. I can fly to a number of countries without any visa, but they would deport me soon. So, i need to know if there is a country i can just enter and stay there? It would probably be some third world wartorn shithole, but i pick that over Belarus. Is there any country with a dysfunctional enough government that they do not deport people?

The easiest way for you would be to get a work or student visa somewhere but you will not be able to come back to the country until you're in your 30's iirc(have a Belarusian at work who's in that situation), so you will have to eventually start working. If that's a big problem then 18 months in the military should be easier.
