You can't grow taller unless you quickly get your hands on HGH (very expensive) and reboot puberty by continuing to grow until you reach 25 years old. But your jaw, ears, nose, hands, and feet may end up growing abnormally larger in proportion.
If you can't get HGH, then grow outwards with muscle mass.
