My girlfriend thinks im cheating. She wants to look at my phone. I dont want her to look at my phone. Im not hiding anything I just want her to trust me. What to do?

First thing is to stay calm and listen to her concerns. Do not try and prove yourself right. Ask her what is going on for her to think this and approach openly and with love. After the situation is brought down to a level of regular conversation try to express how it has made you feel un-trusted. I think this will help the both of you.

Showing her your phone would be a logical way to prove your innocence which is useless for women. She needs an emotional reason to believe you. Perhaps she feels neglected or maybe she thinks you're not attracted to her.

Assuming she's not cheating on you then it's likely because she thinks you don't care about her and, therefore, must have someone else that you're focused on. So long as she feels lonely or neglected, she will find any excuse to justify her feelings.
