Did anal, and I'm experiencing a lot of side effects since August of last year

We both tested negative for HIV, and I tested negative for the primary STD's

Yet ever since then, starting the very next morning after anal, I'm having excessive anal discharge with my bowel movements. I can't consume any veggies without looking 3 months pregnant and I'm having bad menstrual-level cramps, frequent long lasting UTI's, and occasional anal bleeding.

I have chronic constipation now despite consuming 70 ounces+ water daily with electrolytes, 2-3 sources of probiotics daily with digestive supplements and daily pelvic floor exercises. I tried the IBS diet and the LOW FODMAP diet to no avail

I've seen 5 providers, including a GI specialist who said I tested negative for parasites and inflammation. She checked me and said the fissure looked fine, the x ray results didn't show anything peculiar

Next would be an ultrasound and a colonoscopy

I've been on a carnivore diet since I'm running out of foods I can tolerate.. Any thoughts on what this might be, or has anyone experienced similar? My specialist is stumped, and I'm losing too much weight at this rate..
