my father took it away from me because im a neet and i dont "need it" apparently
i agree with him somewhat but he was very abrupt, i had no warning. it was the 36mg dose.
it is day 4 and im starting to break down. i cant focus on anything, my head hurts, i just want to bash it into a wall. when im not sleeping im just staring into space. life doesnt seem worth living. i cant even play games or watch tv.
i don't know how much longer i can go on like this. sorry for being dramatic.

Call the police, or mobile mental health if they have services in your area, tell them your father took you off your medication, and you're having thoughts of suicide.

Go to the hospital, get committed voluntarily to the psych ward. They can get you back on your medication, and provide you with social services. They might even be able to get you out of that house and into a group home.

I choose to ignore my mental health and it got so bad I was homeless and smoking crack. It took me over a decade to fix my life. Don't make the same mistakes I did. Get behind this and do whatever you have to in order to overcome your mental health issues.
