I have a really really negative view of life and im angry a lot, i just have a lot of trouble seeing life as good, what do i do, i cant figure out what to

a lot of reasons, i get angry about random things that nobody else dose sometimes, and i get angry about the big important things too, angry is a big emotion for me. Im never scared but im angry a lot. I got a line of holes in the hallway walls from hitting my head. The last one was because my head hurt and i got angry so i hit my head in the wall lol

You're not the only one Anon. I am tense and angry all the time. I've trashed my house so bad they will probably condemn it when they finally drag me out of here
