No, it just means you're lazy and do absolutely nothing to help get her in the mood. Female sex drive doesn't work like male sex drive: it isn't simply about fluid build-up, it's about what's going on in her brain. If (for example) she feels unattractive, her sex drive will simply shut off. You need to make her feel desirable and desired, spend hours seducing her every time you see her. Do that, and she may well become insatiable.
