I’m new to aged cheeses. This has been sitting in my fridge for a while and expiration date says July 29th 2025.

1. Is this mold?
2. If it is mold is this safe to eat or do I need to cut around it or throw it away?

I won't read much ado about nothing threads. Eat it or not. I've eaten moldy food and had no ill effects.
