Scared to spend money. I have a fair chunk saved yet I'm scared to spend 400€ on a flight. Or anything luxury that isn't needed.
How do I overcome this save save save habit

Your total expenses per month should not exceed more than 10% of what you made last month. There you go.

One trick I used to play on myself was bargain-hunting. I could let myself spend on travel (to use your example) if I found a cheap fare. I could buy something I wanted when it was on sale.
