Scared to spend money. I have a fair chunk saved yet I'm scared to spend 400€ on a flight. Or anything luxury that isn't needed.
How do I overcome this save save save habit

I recommend making a budget to prove to yourself that you *can* afford to spend what you're spending

One trick I used to play on myself was bargain-hunting. I could let myself spend on travel (to use your example) if I found a cheap fare. I could buy something I wanted when it was on sale.
