Probably, the fact that you define yourself as a loser and an incel means you have a negative self-image and could benefit from therapy. Inb4 "but anon I *am* objectly a loser", shut up, go to therapy, have them help you overcome whatever obstacle makes you define yourself as a loser and whatever social thing you do to yourself to be an incel

If you don't like your first therapist and/or they aren't helping after the first few sessions, switch to a different one that actually helps you.

Im just like you but I dont see how a Therpaist is gonna help me in this case
I already talked with my dad about incel related stuff (like thinking im too busted to ever find a girl)
He told me that sounds retarded, not true and that I shouldnt worry about it, the right time will come one day bla bla
But idk, the world was different during his time

All I see when I think Therapist is 200 Euros getting drained from my Bank per hour

Sounds like something you could easily talk out with a close friend. In your case, not worth it.

I used BetterHelp at a point in my life where I didn't know what to do. 3 months later, $300 out of my pocket to have my therapist say something I could've heard from my own friends. I regret doing it simply based off the money and time spent, not to mention the shit actual service.

Yes, because people are honestly too fucking retarded to come to common sense conclusions like "It's better to try being less upset than to continue being upset". Therapy mostly just tells you common sense shit like that, but the majority of people cannot figure out basic shit like that on their own.

It depends on some factors.
like do you find the correct therapist?
are you in a open enough mind space to make changes ?
are you ready to expose your self to a total stranger and let all your flaws lay in some one else's hands so they can see what makes you have the issues your trying to fix ?
If you get the proper person and your ready to do all this then go for it. otherwise its a wast of your and every ones time. I as a teenager seen 4 therapists because the court ordered it, I was abused as a child sexually and because of this i got all kinds of fucked up. But i was not ready for this so i wasted every ones time. it was not till my late 30's yes sadly did i take his seriously and now im still undergoing Therapy for my major depression witch sadly because i took so long im now on meds for life as my brain can't make the proper chemicals. and i still suffer from Ptsd but not as bad as i once did.. So honestly its up to you! if you do decide make sure your ready and ok with the entire process as its slow and will take time.. Anyways hope this helps you some

I doubt you’re really as much of a loser as you say you are, but you don’t really have anything to lose but a couple of hours tops and a bit of money by trying out therapy. Even just one session should be enough to tell you whether or not it’s worth your time.
I tried it a couple of times myself, and I think the best thing I got out of therapy was when my therapist told me I should get bloodwork done to see what dietary deficiencies I could address in order to treat my depression.

Why limit to only those? Could be a good idea to try something new. Mental health pros are good to have but you gotta find one that actually read the dsm that's spec'd for your character then effective care can be done. >>33267716
Prime example of A. Doodoo company B. Threw the baby out with the bathwater and gave up too soon.

If you're surviving and not living then chances are some therapy could do a lot for you. Just don't ruin yourself over it if you just can't get in immediately / choose to put it off later in life (it goes from normal difficulty to hard-core if you choose this btw)

Therapy is for getting drugs or getting benefits approved. Therapists think they are for getting you to hold down a job. Both of you need to understand that they are not there to make you happy or be a safe person to speak about unsafe things to. Understand what they're for and if you need their services and that will determine if it's worth it for you.

Psychology, sociology, philosophy, history and politics. And music, I fucking love music. I play it, write it, and listen to so much of it if you named a genre with a guitar in it I could probably pull up an album to suggest.

therapy is essentially just paying somebody to be your fake friend for an hour. if you have actual issues you need to go to a psychologist but don't expect anything that will enable you to introspect from a therapist, their job is to tell you what you want to hear specifically and a good majority of them don't have a good understanding on the human psyche simply because they're still regular people with a degree that's going to be completely useless in a couple of years. It doesn't help that every single "mental health professional" is a nutjob themselves

you'd be surprised how much looking into yourself and allowing yourself to think about your situation by yourself works. take a walk or sit outside at night. if that doesn't work, talk to one of your friends. if they're actually your friend they'll take the time to listen to you, so you can weed out your fake friends quickly this way, just don't overdo it. Only attempt to talk to them about your issues once per month
