Greetings /adv, I’ve been struggling with (as the subject implies) constant arousal. For the past 5 or so days, I’ve been insatiably aroused, to the point where it doesn’t allow me to do anything, all really can do is just doomscroll 4chan. As I stated earlier, it’s insatiable, no matter how many times I jerk off, it’s still there, and I worry it may be GDAC. Any help is greatly appreciated, and rather needed.

I don't jack off but i get aroused sometimes and feel bad about it. The solution would be takng up something abstract,for me it was reading works like John Stuart Mill's On Liberty. Do something you can be proud of and you won't notice the arousal being there.

If you want to quit cooming it's the one thing that will give you more willpower and self control and as long as you don't associate it with sex or porn, it will help you quit.
