Been dating a girl almost a week, on day 1-2 was wildly into me but I've hardly heard from here for 2 days.

If you want this woman, go get her, as Rango does when he returns to the town. He becomes the hero he needs to be by returning to his own story, and I firmly believe you should do the same.

if you're a dude, you're failing to understand that she's either simply not into you / doing what you should have been doing, which is waiting for her to make the plans to ensure that she's actually attracted to you. Every successful relationship ensures that the woman likes the man just a little bit more
I can tell you're needy based on your two self-bumps to this thread and based on the fact that you consider 2 days not hearing from her an alarming thing. Nothing is more unattractive to a woman than a needy man.
