Since I woke up, and maybe yesterday too, I've been feeling on edge, especially in my chest area. I'm just really pissed and it doesn't go away. Is that normal?

And no, nothing bad has happened recently. Though I have a pretty bad sleeping pattern.

When was the last time you brushed your teeth, eaten an orange, or seen a dentist?

Buy a bag of oranges or lemons. Eat one every day until you run out. you might have a cute gingivitis, or scurvy. Can make one ornery as a motherfucker.

Thanks I'll look into it, although I think my mouth area is fine, but who knows

You can still get scurvy even if you are on top of your oral hygiene. it's the citrus you need. Both are the kind of minor dull aching pain that most people can accustom themselves to without realizing, largely ignoring it until one day it strikes with a vengeance and you wanna bite a bullet.

I'm likely wrong about this being your problems exact solution, but eat some fruit once I a while ffs

Thanks, though I do eat some fruits. Just not a fan of oranges or lemons
