The way I talk is pretty much always inarticulate and I’m usually leaving something out of the stories I tell like they’re not mine to tell. I don’t know how to explain my problems in therapy because of how intangible they often are. Solutions for this problem?
practice telling them before you get there. it’s not obvious but almost every good story you’ve ever heard has been rehearsed many times and sucked the first time
