I had an argument with my family about waiting until marriage for sex. My thoughts are basically that sex is a right of passage for a boy to transcend into manhood. And they were extremely upset with me, saying I need to find God and whatnot. I am still very religious, but I want to have sex now and with multiple girls before marriage. Idk how to reason with my family about this though

From a practical standpoint, waiting until marriage to have sex and by extension have children is ideal and responsible. It's not just carnal pleasure between two consenting adults if there's a chance a child can result from it, there's their future to think about to. Sacrificing immediate pleasure to give them a stable household with two loving parents is one of the most divine things you can do for them.

And I really don't recommend multiple partners, it comes with a heap of issues like frying your ability to be attached to one partner in particular not to mention increasing the potential for the spread of disease. If you do have sex outside of marriage, focus on whoever you're dating and willing to possibly spend your life with. While neither are good, serial monogomy is better than outright promiscuity.
