I am a NEET.
I use this time to pursue things that interest me. I spend an hour a day on each subject but I worry that this means I'm not making enough meaningful progress in each subject. Everything I do adds up to essentially a full day of work at a normal job, but I still feel like I'm not doing enough

Write a summary of everything you have learned recently.
You are stuck in the exploration stage of learning. In order to progress, you must move into the execution stage - and one trick to doing that is to regularly review everything you've learned. This will put things into perspective and lead you to focus on achieving a concrete, attainable goal, rather than expanding any further

Thank you, this has given me some perspective. I know I'm greedy for wanting to pursue so many things, but the thought of stopping any of them makes me feel sad.
