Similar feeling whenever in any situation where you are suddenly left alone with one person, it's just particularly funny how you had no issue when there were others with you
Obviously it's social anxiety, but I'm wondering how common this feeling is, even among people who aren't as anxious as me, or if it's just a me thing. To me, there's a sudden, palpable change in the atmosphere.

There are few people in my friend group im comfortable with one on one. I can hang with them individually, but it takes much more effort to have a good time. In a group the focus isnt on anyone individually so you don't need to try that hard.
