Got a ticket for being a cheap and lazy ass for not renewing my registration for a year. Been hard to make the payments, and I'm just wanting to say fuck it. They don't know my address, or my job. (recently moved to a new county).

Can I just avoid this, and how, /adv/?

First of all, almost all tickets give you 50% off if you pay quickly, so you've screwed yourself already. Second, they stay in the system forever, converting to arrest warrants. So a year or more from now, when you speed or something, they'll run your name through the system and arrest you on the spot.

I recently got hold of some money and matured and decided to pay off ALL my tickets and payments. I found unpaid tickets from 2009 for fucks sake, and if not for my change of heart, i still wouldn't have paid them.
It's best to pay all and be clean, but if you need to get some money first, you can wait a bit
